Properly handles when Nitroflare links return a 404 status meaning they no longer exist on the site and cannot be downloaded.
Nitroflare is also now currently disabled. We are working on providing better support for this file hoster.
Annas Archive downloads now use the proper file extensions rather than always being .epub.

Improved API request speed, including requesting download links in particular should be much faster. Some users have exclaimed about over 4x improved times, which also translates into faster stream start times!
