Maybe even symlink all user files so they can rename them, When the file is no longer available (after the 30 days of inactivity) then the symlink is deleted

Fair enough, Maybe the user would be in control of the filters , the user would also be creating the folders themselves. User creates a folder and the rules they set are; if the file extension is (mkv|mp4|avi) and is over a certain size then place in this user created folder.

This would break the current TorBox file structure for sure. Unless you mean on the dashboard, this wouldn’t show up anywhere else on TorBox. There are also infinitely more categories than this, which would be cumbersome.
