[BUG] Dashboard filter not working

When you select to filter out inactive torrents on the dashboard, all the torrents disappear except the ones currently in slots.

    This is not a bug.

    Inactive torrents are anything that are not active, or anything that is not currently downloading. Active is only items that are actively seeding or downloading. We will be releasing a definition guide for what each of the filters do on the dashboard.
