[BUG] Queued downloads start even if deleted before

I’ve had about 400 queued downloads and wanted to delete them. When i did, after there was a free download slot, one of those queued downloads, that was previously deleted, started downloading. The same happened when the other slot was freed up. I hope this will be resolved.
