console panel for download actions and else

Hi,

It is linked to differents post like this one

https://feedback.torbox.app/p/download-progress

or https://feedback.torbox.app/p/upload-to-gofile-status-bubble-blocks-play-button-when-web

I had issues when opening several tabs at different pages, like one on the dashboard and one one a specific download I wanted to upload to gofile.

It would be simpler and all those problems would go away if, instead of informational bubbles, we had a real console panel where all action could be kept for some time and available from any tabs and not only one.
