Maximum Downloads Notifications

It would be nice to have the ability to be notified when all 10 of my active torrent slots are full. A couple members of my household do not understand how this impacts them and their viewing add-ons. I would love to be able to set myself a notification using the Discord bot or the like that sends me a notification at a usage level of my choosing that lets me know I need to go clean up all the stalled or undownloaded torrents that are present. While it happens somewhat infrequently, I think it would still be a nice feature to have. Thanks for continuing to provide such a great product! Super happy through about 7 months of use so far!
