Option to Prioritize torrents.

I'd like to see an option where, for example, I already have 3 slots downloading and some in the queue, I could pick a torrent from the queue to “Download now"

Or pick an active torrent and “Pause” allowing next one from the queue to automatically start.

This would alleviate issues of downloading over time when we have torrents that are slow due to low seeds while we are looking to download something else that has a lot of seeds more actively. Then it picks the slow one back up from the queue.
