optional status tag: ready for integration

Feature Request

Even though a file is ready to download the integration menu (like sending to GoFile) is not always available. Consider a tag enable-able from options to indicate when that option is actually ready

    Ready to Download is the same here. Not sure when you are seeing cases where it is ready to download, but sending to Gofile is not?
