Raise the 200 GB limit per torrent.

I'd like to see the limit raised to maybe 250 or 300. Or now that the abuse policy is in place, match it to the 500 of the higher tier plan.

I've only run into this once so far, so it's probably rare, but there is certain series that the only torrents that are active/have seeds are the ones that are the complete series - show+movies.

In the case I ran into, the torrent was 207 GB, and because there was no other viable torrent available, be it for episodes or seasons, I couldn't add it to the service at all.
