Seperate slots for seeding

Because of the huge influx of new users and much higher demands, everybody is trying to build the database and cache as much torrents as they could. When we have much items queued (i have about 25 torrents waiting), torrents that are being seeded take slots for downloading, so downloads have to wait for about 24h to start. This is much inconvenient and makes the process of building cache db much longer. My suggestion is to have slots dedicated to seeding and slots dedicated to downloading I hope you will hear me out : )
