Server side transcoding

Hello,

It appears that in some debrid services you can turn on a setting to transcode the streams before receiving them. This can help reduce the network usage! Though current options in their services is very limited and api integration seems lacking. So it's something torbox could have an edge, if you have enough hardware for this (quicksync?).
