Suggested Stremio settings improvements

Glad to see you removed Beta label from stremio plugin.

Here's a few more suggestions from previous support chat.

1) Support min size less than integer Gb. So works for older DVD stuff stuff or old tv shows. Would like to set it to a few 100MB rather than having to use 0 as that means I get results that only have samples.

2) Set limit for the number of results shown

3) New option to allow uncached Usenet in results. Uncached torrents could take hour/days but usenet could take minutes so would like it as a separate choice.
