Button to reset stremio settings back to default.

Feature Request

Just stopped working properly not getting streams. Saying language and nudity setting is not right. I must have hit something i wasn't supposed to. Not sure.

    Keeps on telling me my username and password is not right. I keep on resetting it. It's exactly the same. It won't let me connect
